Discovering the World of Grand Pianos
March 11th / May 27th / September 29th
‘Discovering the World of Grand Pianos’ takes you through the fascinating history and development of the piano and how it has become the magnificent musical instrument that it is today.
The event also gives some insights into the history and technical differences of some of the finest handcrafted piano makers in the world today. The event will help you discern why you may fall in love with a specific piano, even if compared with an identical make and model instrument.
Hosted by concert pianist and piano historian Gary Branch, the event includes short piano pieces.
While you do not need to be a pianist to attend the event, you will have the opportunity to try and test pianos yourself if you wish to.
Please note that the event can be hosted for private groups
