A quick email to say a big thank you for all your help and advice on the Yamaha U3S! Katie and I are thrilled with the piano and having now had the chance to play it for a couple of days, it really is an amazing instrument. It sounds fabulous in our room (provided you make the necessary adjustment for my slightly rusty playing skills) and is every bit as pristine and immaculate as you described in our conversations over Christmas.
I have to admit that I was a little nervous about the idea of buying a piano without having the chance to view it in person but, having done so, I am extremely glad I did. It definitely felt like a good omen when you answered a call over the Christmas bank holiday and so it proved to be... I was particularly impressed by all the guidance and help you gave me in reaching the decision.
