Steinway Model C Grand Piano! The piano formally belonged to the Crucible Theatre, (Sheffield) and was truly a beautiful instrument that deserved a very good home!

I am writing to express my immense gratitude to all of the staff at Coach House Pianos and to you in particular for your invaluable help in my search for a new piano.
It was a special moment for me when I sat down for the first time at the keyboard of the Steinway Model C and realised that I had found the perfect piano. I have now had the extraordinary privilege of playing this magnificent instrument for many hours in the comfort of my own home. During this time, I have become very conscious of the enormous debt of gratitude that I owe you for your kind hospitality, considerable patience and above all, immensely skilled guidance. Your level of expertise in explaining the merits of the huge range of choices available was critical in helping me to make this once in a lifetime decision. I very much appreciate how lucky I am that the timing of my first visit to your showroom coincided with the arrival of my favourite piano.
Please pass my thanks on to Simon who patiently provided a great deal of wise counsel regarding the superior characteristics of a Steinway as well as the precise merits of the Model C that I liked so much.
