I am writing to thank you for the magnificent Feurich piano that I purchased from you in February. It plays so beautifully now that it has settled.
Many musical friends have called in to see and admire it and are amazed at the standard of workmanship that you have achieved in the restoration of it and find it hard to believe that it is not a new piano. When I show them the list of changes and components that were used, they all say that have never known that to be done to a piano, and as for the casework, they shake their heads in disbelief at the high standard.
I must thank you for the technical advice you gave me and answering all my questions.
Most of all, it was a pleasure doing business with you. One could purchase a piano from you unseen. Your descriptions are so honest.
