THE COACH HOUSE PRICE PROMISE
At Coach House we set highly competitive prices for all our products and our objective is to offer the very best price possible without any compromise on the enviable customer care and after-service we have established. If you find a product at a lower price from a high street competitor, sold with the same service conditions, we will aim to match the price - that’s our promise! If you would like to know whether a product qualifies for a price match, please call our customer care team on 01792 584 584.
The following Price Promise terms apply:
- The product/s being compared must be identical. (e.g. make, model, size, colour, age, condition etc)
- The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for immediate dispatch. Any delivery charges will be taken into consideration.
- The competitor must be UK based with a UK online store and an authorised seller of the brand.
- All prices to be matched must be inclusive of VAT and in pounds sterling.
- Price Promise cannot be applied when finance or credit is being applied for through a third party company such as V12 Finance.
- We will not match any site which has clearly made a mistake in their pricing.
- We will not match price or refund any differences after a sale is completed.
Whilst we will try to match any competitor’s price, Coach House reserve the right to decline a price match.
