YAMAHA GRAND PIANOS TO CRANLEIGH SCHOOL
Dear Coach House Pianos,
I am writing to thank you for the outstanding service we received from Coach House Pianos during our recent purchase of the two Yamaha grand pianos for our school. You supplied us with an outstanding new Yamaha C6M for our main Recital Hall and an excellent Yamaha C5 for the general performing space, both of which are in constant use.
The two Yamaha grand pianos have been in situ for several weeks now, and have been used for a number of high profile concerts, competitions and events and have been admired and appreciated by performers and audience alike.
At all stages of the purchase I felt that we received an absolutely first-class service, from the initial appraisal of the instrument we were to trade in, through the selection process for the new instruments, and to the professional manner in which the instruments were delivered by your excellent removal team.
As you are aware, I have been buying upright pianos from you for some time now, to satisfy our on-going replacement programme of pianos in the practice rooms and you may rest assured that I will continue to do so; the value, service and professionalism one receives from Coach House Pianos is second to none.
